A Mindful Refund Policy
Exchange Policy:
At Hemp Hoppers, we believe in making mindfully conscious tradeoffs that prioritize both our customer’s satisfaction and the planet's well-being. Our return and exchange policy reflects the following commitment.
Exchange Terms:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
2. Exchanges are considered for incorrect size selection ONLY.
3. This policy is valid for one exchange per customer.
4. Items must be in their original condition, with all labels, hang tags, and packaging intact.
5. Bottomwear is excluded from the same.
Exchange Process:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, and preferred size to exchange with.
3. We will request a pickup for your order.
4. Exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s) post quality check
Exceptions:
1. Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
2. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Items with manufacturing defects will be handled separately, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Bottomwear (Underwears) are excluded from this policy for health and hygiene standards
Damage/Loss/Missing of Product:
In case of missing/damaged or incorrect products, please email us at contactthe420cult@hemphoppers.co. within 24 hours of the product delivery with photos of the items you received. Once we’ve received your confirmation, we will evaluate your case and take the necessary action to ensure you have a hassle free experience.
